Our Review

Gorgeous pop singer + uniquely stylish voice + 12 holiday favorites = Just a Justine Christmas! This album is bright 'n cheery, emphasizing modern numbers like "Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree" and "Santa Baby," but does have its more reflective moments ("O Holy Night," "Let There Be Peace on Earth").

Justine Blazer has a fine, clear vocal instrument, and she pumps considerable personality into each offering. She is simultaneously sultry and vulnerable, a combination that is difficult to pull off. Her voice is sweet, but not too sweet; and she is flexible, but not over-the-top. Justine's version of "Santa Baby" demonstrates her sly, whimsical side, and on the classic "White Christmas," this pop star is surprisingly old-fashioned. On occasion, the instrumental accompaniment crowds Justine's fine voice a bit too much. Unfortunately, the liner notes do not reveal the identity or nature of other musicians and back-up vocalists.

For me, Justine's best moments come when she's in a soulful mood; her "Please Come Home for Christmas" is dynamite. Everything about that number works gangbusters for her--the range, the tempo, and the mood all fall naturally into place. Bravo, Justine, for Just a Justine Christmas! Very nice!

National Pop/Rock Recording Artist and songwriter Justine Blazer always knew she would be in the spotlight. As seen and heard singing for the NFL, NHRA, NBA, MLB, Madison Square Garden, Detroit Music Hall, the nationally syndicated radio program The Mitch Albom Show, The Chris Lawrence Show and seen on ABC, ESPN, ESPN 2 and FOX networks, entertaining has always been her passion. Born and raised in Detroit, MI she has always been involved in singing, dancing, songwriting and entertaining. Starting dance lessons at age 3 and voice lessons at age 5, these things have always been her focus. Her beautiful and powerful voice parallels her talented songwriting abilities.

As a member of BMI, the Academy of Popular Music/Songwriters Hall of Fame, and the owner of her own company (La Blaze Entertainment), recordlabel (La Blaze Records) and publishing company (La Blaze Music Publishing), Justine Blazer has a great business sense as well. Justine's music is heard on DMX Satellite Radio, Sirius Radio and many other radio stations in the United States, Australia, Europe and Japan.

The Star Spangled Banner is a very common song for Justine Blazer. She has sang the national anthem for countless sporting events in front of crowds up to 60,000 people including the Colts/Packers NFL game in Indianapolis, IN, the Pacers/Pistons NBA game in Detroit, MI, the Celtics/Pacers game in Boston, MA, the NHRA Fall nationals in Chicago, IL, the Nets/Grizzlies NBA game in New Jersey, the Detroit Tigers and just recently sing sang for the DC Nationals in Washington DC. This fall she will be singing for the Buffalo Bills in Buffalo, NY. These games were all aired on major stations like ESPN, ESPN 2, FOX and ABC. She thoroughly enjoys singing the Nations anthem. It gives her much pride to be singing a song with such meaning especially in today's world. She is proud to support our troops over seas.

She has starred in many commercials, radio jingles and media. Justine Blazer starred in a Jimmy Kimmel Live! commercial filmed in Hollywood, CA. Justine then headed back east to sing at the infamous Madison Square Garden for the New York Film and Music Festival.
